Implement strategies that
align with target populations
Our vision was stewarded by women of color, and others who have faced disparities in historically underserved and marginalized populations. As such, it was important to ensure a diversity of voices from various backgrounds were involved in the co-creation of the WELL Equity Rating. More than 200 experts from the IWBI Health Equity Advisory have vetted each and every strategy in this rating. Our mission is to actively confront these disparities and promote equity across all organizations.
