The WELL for residential certification program is a verified framework to create healthier, more resilient homes.

Informed by the WELL Building Standard, this certification program equips developers, builders, operators, architects and designers with more than 100 strategies to improve residents’ well-being and foster healthier environments at home. WELL for residential is open for pilot enrollment.

As the residential real estate market continues to evolve, homebuyers and renters are calling for homes that prioritize their well-being.
The WELL Residence seal illustrates your home has been third-party verified to meet the highest standards for health and well-being.
Leading organizations have already committed nearly 30,000 residences to the pilot.
IWBI convened more than 100 advisors – alongside 20 builder and developer groups – to design a certification program that would meet the needs of the residential real estate industry.
“We are proud to be an early adopter of the innovative WELL for residential program for our first two projects because it reaffirms our commitment to building high quality, sustainable and healthy housing at scale.”
